Do you have a busy schedule and find it hard to make time to meet with a trainer in person or make it to the gym? Then this is the program for you. Whether you have access to a gym space, or you’re simply looking for a home workout routine with no equipment, you will receive a personalized online plan with your goals and needs in mind.

Every online program looks different, as it is customized for you and takes into account any possible setbacks you might experience along the way. After the first free consultation and ongoing follow ups, the plan can be modified so you can stick to your new, healthier lifestyle.

The program includes 3 to 6 different workout routines per 2 weeks, but additional routines can be included or taken off from your plan depending on your personal schedule.

  • Monthly progress report: Get motivated and see your progress with a monthly report, including key measurements for success!

Hybrid Training

(6 months min.)

You would like to have an online fitness program, but you understand that having a personal trainer far away from you might sometimes be limiting. Occasionally, a written program without an instructor will not help you to do exercises correctly, or you might continue to feel as though you are not achieving your full potential. You simply need someone there to make sure you do the exercises correctly, and improve your physical fitness and health!

This hybrid program is the perfect, unique combination of an online program and traditional onsite training. You will be able to meet your trainer face to face, evaluate your goals, see where you stand, and will learn to do all the core movements for your plan correctly.

Not only will you have a sense of accountability after the first free consultation and ongoing follow ups, but after 2 months of constant work, you will get to see your trainer again in person and level up your workouts even more!

The program includes the possibility of working out with your trainer for a week, 6 different workout routines for 2 weeks (additional days can be added for a small cost), and weekly follow ups.

Personal Training

Would you like to lose fat, gain muscle and reach your goals with confidence? Then you may need some guidance instead of just trying to walk blindly into the journey to improve your health. A personal trainer is a mentor for achieving a better version of yourself. We'll meet and identify together the root of your unhealthy choices. We'll also go over your goals & vision, and what we are going to do, as a team, to accomplish them.

Each class is a 60 minute session that can combine weight training, calisthenics, and cardiorespiratory workouts in the form of high intensity interval training (HIIT).

Together, we will create a monthly workout schedule designed entirely for your unique body, targeting the areas you would like to improve, while making sure you enjoy yourself as much as possible.

In addition to working out, you will be educated on how to both track and make better choices when it comes to your nutrition. This includes things such as food recommendations, valuable nutritional information, and meal prepping.

Group Training

Train with your friends and/or family members! This package is designed for people that do not like training alone and would like to have a good time with the people they love while becoming healthier.

Before training, we will have a quick consultation to go over your goals & vision. We will also discuss what we are going to do, and how to accomplish your goals. You can decide what kind of training you would like to have, whether it be Zumba, a Bootcamp, or a HIIT session.
